![［かまどのつぶやき Vol.4］みなさんこんにちは️今日もアツアツ、かまどですGW明けの週末も楽しく美味しい、オリジナリティあふれるピッツアができましたこの日は自然学校も馬狩の自然もよ～く知ってるリピーターご家族がご参加私とは初対面でしたが、うま味と面白味のある組み合わせのトッピングに、思わずチカラ（熱？）がこもります本日のベストマッチは日本ハーブの山菜たち（ヨモギ、コシアブラ、ノビル、サンショウ）と、クラシュしたオニグルミとプチトマトにハチミツとチーズ🧀の組み合わせ。仕上げにスミレとシャク（セリ科の山菜）の白い花を散らしたホワイトカラーベースのスペシャルスイーツピッツアトマトソースベースのレッドカラーピッツアも完成し、いよいよ「いただきます！！」風の強い日となりましたが、家族一位団結し、窯入れまで自分たちのピッツアを守り抜き、無事実食へ️お食事中聞こえてきたコメントは「ヨモギの香りが効いてる～」「コシアブラが良い風味♡」、「シャクの花も案外甘いのに合う！」などなど本日も焼き上がり上々！みなさんの創意工夫で、おいしいピッツアが焼き上がりました追伸：今日は新人イサクさんのかまどデビューでした[Furnace Tweets Vol.4]Hello everyone ️It's piping hot again today We have created a pizza full of originality that is fun and delicious even on the weekend after Golden Week On this day, repeat family members who are familiar with TOYOTA Shirakawa-Go Eco-Institute and the nature of horse hunting will be participating It was my first time meeting you, but I couldn't help but feel excited by the combination of umami and interesting toppingsToday's best match is a combination of Japanese herbs (mugwort, Acanthopanax sciadophylloides, wild rocambole, Japanese pepper), crushed Manchurian walnut, cherry tomatoes , honey and cheese 🧀.
