この度Booking.com において、弊社アカウントに対し不正アクセスを受け、トヨタ白川郷自然學校の名前を騙った不審メールが送信されたことが確認されました。
弊社としては Booking.com へ状況を報告の上、速やかな結果報告を依頼しております。
お客様におかれましては、Booking.comからのメールに添付されているリンクへは不用意にアクセスをせず、心当たりの無い内容の場合はBooking.comへお問合せください。
また、クレジットカード番号を誤って入力してしまった場合は、早急にカードの利用を停止するよう、お願いいたします。
なお、弊社から正当な理由なくお客様へお支払いの催促や別サイトに誘導するようなメールを送信することはございませんので、そのようなメールをお受け取りになった場合は別サイトへのアクセスやお支払いをなさらないようご注意下さい。

Additionally, if you have entered your credit card number incorrectly, please stop using your card immediately.
Please note that we will not send emails requesting payment or directing customers to another site without a legitimate reason, so if you receive such an email, please refrain from accessing another site or making a payment. Please be careful not to do this.
