トヨタ白川郷自然學校では、お客様の安全を第一に考え、お食事をお楽しみいただけますよう、出来る限りの食物アレルギーの対応をさせていただきます。
At TOYOTA Shirakawa-Go Eco-Institute, we will do our best to deal with food allergies so that you can enjoy your meal with the safety of our guests first.
１）食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様は、予約時にお申し出ください。

重度の食物アレルギーのお客様からのご要望にはお応えできない場合がございます。また、ご利用当日のお申し出によるご対応は、お客様の安全配慮に基づきお断りさせていただく場合がございますので、予めご了承いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
※食材等のご用意の都合上、遅くても3日前までにお申し出ください。
We may not be able to respond to requests from customers with severe food allergies. In addition, please note that we may refuse to accept your request on the day of use due to safety considerations.
*In order to prepare the ingredients, please let us know 3 days in advance at the latest.
２）アレルゲン対応の調理・盛り付けについて

アレルゲン対応の調理・盛り付けは、他メニューと同一の厨房、調理器具を使用して行います。そのため、空中飛散・微量混入（コンタミネーション）など完全に防止することができないこと、予めご了承いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
The same kitchen and cooking utensils are used for allergen-resistant cooking and serving. Therefore, we ask for your understanding in advance that airborne dispersion and contamination cannot be completely prevented.

アレルゲン情報は、使用原材料及び製造会社等からの原材料情報（食品表示）を基にご案内いたします。
Allergen information is provided based on the raw materials used and the raw material information (food labeling) from the manufacturer.
４）重篤な症状をお持ちのお客様へのご提供について

安全なお料理・お飲み物の提供が困難な場合、並びに重篤な症状をお持ちのお客様には、やむを得ずお料理の提供をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。その際は、お客様ご自身によるお食事のお持ち込みを承りますので、事前にお申し出ください。
If it is difficult to provide safe food and drinks, or if you have serious symptoms, we may refuse to serve food. In that case, you can bring your own food, so please let us know in advance.
